Custom View Telecaster manual 1

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there has a manual on the olddddd CustomView Telecaster System Software. I am having problems with mine here displaying numbers in the wrong place even though the template didn't change. I need to find the problem or write a new template but have not been trained on the software and have NO manuals on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

No manual here, but going from some memory, one quick question. Are the numbers in the wrong place, or are they the wrong numbers?

One thing I noticed (and absolutely hated) about the Telecasters was that if you added new applications on the switch, you had to go back through the templates and change the references, as the list simply shifted underneath the templates.

Thanks for the tip, we did have a change in applications and when I dug deeper into the program I figured out how to change the query and post the correct data.
