We have a security desk that currently has one button that basically conferences in 911 with the caller. So instead of hitting conference, dialing the number, and conference again, this one button does all three (I think on the Siemens platform). With Cisco I would have to imagine this could be created as an xml service? Has anyone written any custom services with conference?
