Hi,

I created a custom toolbar that is filtering record(s) for a particular form in Access 2007 database that included Filter By Selection, Advanced Filter/Sort, Apply Filter/Sort, Remove Filter/Sort.

Some of the users can use the toolbar 100% in the form but some can not. For instance, when a user clicks the Advanced Filter/Sort, it will jump to the query screen, and the toolbar is gone. Therefore, the feature, Advanced Filter/Sort is not working properly. However, some of them can see the toolbar in the query screen.

After I added all the icons in the Custom toolbar, I manually go to the Form's property, then under Toolbar, type the Custom toolbar name. Then, I also go to the Startup, and type the Custom toolbar name under "Shortcut Menu Bar".

It is really frustrating. Can anyone helps?

Thank you.
