Custom Startup Wizard

I am using Custom Startup Wizard tool to create a setup file for my Access 2003 application. I included the MS Outlook 11.0 Object Library (because the application sends email) but when I run the create setup I get error number -2147417848 "Automation error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients."

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
