I am new to custom site definitions. I am trying to make changes in the onet.xml file. basically I want to get ride of the image on the default page. This was taken from the sts site def. I don't want an image on the right web part, and I also want to add the all users web part over there. Any help would be great. Everytime I make a change, what I think will happen doesn't.
