I had made the incoming call goes through auto attendant before it reaches an operator.
For some reason in the menu prompt it only play two option. it say "if know extension dial now or press pound 1 to dial by name. "
I have selected more option like transfer to ext, repeat menu, and transfer to extension.
How come it wouldn't play the option the i chosed on MENU & TRANSFER on the menu prompt. like for example I press 5 it automatically repeat the menu. But none of the option i set up at service menu work when it come to menu prompt.

you should setup the custom menu to cover what you need.
