Custom Server complie--URGENT

Hi,
When ever i tried to compile a migrated custom server i am getting the following erreor /usr/informix/cli/dlls/odbc.imp not found. I already install the informix client 2.81 but there are no such directory /usr/cli/dlls, Instead i have the following directories in informix , lib,gls,etc,incl..and much more

any suggestion where i am making mistake
