Custom reports not visible in ArcServe 11.1

Hi

I have just successfully created a custom report. When I saved it, I accepted the default location (My Documents), then realised that the report should have been saved to ..\Templates\Reports. I moved the report .xml file to this folder (which also contains the other reports), but can not see it.

Anyone know why this is happening?
