Custom PO details screen with macro

Hi, In Accpac 6, how would I create a custom screen showing only the PO Number and the optional field column from the PO detail grid.
I want to be able for users to go into that screen and update optional fields - nothing else.

Alternatively, can I use the standard PO detail grid and lock every column for editing, except optional fields.
Which one would be easier to do?

Might be easier to write a separate macro altogether. PO field and a grid with the optional fields - or not even a grid, just a set of fields for the specific optional fields you want them to access. Then you manage the update to the PO behind the scenes.
