Custom paper sizes for Epson printers

I got Epson LQ-680 installed on my XP workstation and when I tried to set the paper size of the forms we use in our company I got neat little list of various supported paper sizes but NO "User defined" option.
Is it driver (Epson does not provide driver for XP on its web site)? Is it SARS, is it global warming?
