Custom paper size

i made custom paper size (half letter size) on printer server properties, the report ran well on my machine, but when i ran on other machine the default paper size became full letter, then i made the custom paper again on the other machine then i ran the report but still full letter size, what should i do to make the paper size automatic on my custom paper on other machine ? i made the report with CR9
