Custom page size not working with CE

CE 9. I created a report using Designer to a cust page size of 4.25 x 5.25 (went to file > printer setup, chose printer, and entered custom size under the printer's page setup tab). I also created a second report with a custom page size of 4.5 by 2 (these are for printing barcode labels). Everything prints great out of Designer.

I installed the exact same printer driver on the server hosting CE. WHen I open the report with CE, the page size appears as 8.5 x 11. Why does it not pull the custom size from the rpt file ie 2 different reports have 2 completely different sizes.

Hi,
I have had problems with this as well..In the CMC check the Print Setup Info ( Properties..Process..) for the report..Try both the 'Use Report settings' and the 'Custom' settings for the page layout..Sometimes one works better than the other..

If you plan on scheduling this report, be sure to set those options as well ( same tab)..

I don't publish the reports through CE, but instead use unmanaged reports (nice and simple asp pages to publish).

I don't have the issue for a report I created that prints envelopes. However, that report is using a standard paper size from the drop down and that printer isn't even installed on our CE server. I am using a custom sized paper. Even if I choose one from the list (4 x 6) it is still displaying as 8 x 11.
