I found a sample form on the Outlook cd called "While You Were Out". I have modified it bit and have published it to my forms library.

How can I make this form easily accesible and e-mailable without going through the whole "choose forms" routine. I would like an icon on a tool bar than I can simply click, fill in, and send (and it needs to arrive as rich text- not plain text).

Thank you for you help.

Scrub, make yourself a new folder for messages under the inbox. Call it WYWO or something. Right-click it and hit Properties. There's a dropdown in there to tell it which form you want this folder to use. So you'll click on the WYWO folder and hit New.

I've tried that - no luck. It say you cannot use a form of this time in this folder.

Thanks anyway!
