I created a custom form in Outlook 2k3 to be used with meeting requests for our catering dept. I have a tab next to the appointment tab that when clicked, opens my custom form so that users can order items from the food service dept. I need some kind of script or macro to run to programmatically invite catering to the meeting so that they could get the meeting notice that they need to provide food for that meeting. I've been researching how to do this but have not found anything close. Maybe something based on after update?? Anything to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
