I have created a UDF under Custom office called "DS" (checkbox). I then added the field in Customer Maintenance -> UDF. I checked the table by exporting through VI, table is AR_90, DS does show up on my table.

Here is the problem. I needed to alter the picking sheet(Sowfba1.rpt) to suppressed certain text fields when 'DS' contains "Y". I added the table in Crystal Reports without problem. But this is the error I got when it's trying to query the tables "ODBC error: [Providex][ODBC Driver] Column not found: DS"

Is there another step that I have to do after I update my created UDF?

Thanks,

You forgot to update the ODBC dictionaries in Custom Office. And if this is an existing report you forgot to verify report.

You are giving info in the right directions as I can see it, can you help me on where do I need to go to find this verify the report, and where do i go to update the ODBC dictionaries? I did a verify database in Crystal reports, no luck. On my menu for Custom Office, can't find anything about updating ODBC.

thanks BL
