Custom Nortel Extranet Client with Dialer tied in.

Hello
We have a Nortel Contivity Box that we use for VPN connection. We also tied in with Sprint as our internet dialer. The problem is that no one thought of the "abuse" of the dialer i.e. Internet without VPN. Does anyone use a custom dialer with the Extranet client forced into it? If not Sprint another company that is a national ISP that will tie in with Extranet Client?
