Custom Music ON-Hold

We are going to be putting a custom on hold device on to our Succession 4.0 switch with Symposium 5.0 system in place also. I originally thought I would have to have the outside caller go to a MIRAN recording before I could have them go to the music source, but now someone told me that I should be able to put into the Symposium script to give ring back for a second then go right to the music on hold device if all agents are busy? Is this correct and how would I set this up?

That is correct. Your syntax would simply be something like-

GIVE RINGBACK
QUEUE TO SKILLSET busy_agents_gSKS
WAIT 2
GIVE MUSIC music_source

These of course are in addition to any other call handling commands you need.
