I have looked through many forum articles on this matter and have come the the conclusion that either I am incredibly dense or the information passed doesn't apply to Access 2007.

They all say go to the VIEW menu, select TOOLBARS and then customize.

I do not have a VIEW with TOOLBARS and CUSTOMIZE in 2007 (and I never used previous versions so cannot compare). Could someone please point me in the right starting position - all I can find is customize the quick access toolbar.

Many thanks
Jon
