Custom Installation of R5

I am about to carry out a corporate rollout of Notes R5 and was wondering whether there was anyway of creating a custom build, so that a handful of databases get added as bookmarks to the clients ??? Can anyone helpme as I don't seem to be able to find any help anywhere !!!
