Custom Group in Cross Tab?

Hi all!

I am working on a report based on a Crosstab that tracks the number of safety incidents reported per Department by Month. Colum Headers are the month, Row Headers are the Depts.

My client would like to group several of the Departments into one "Others" field, while still showing the data for the major Departments.

Is this possible? And if so, how? I am using the QBE on this one.

You could add another field to the table and put an X for those departments that are to be grouped. Then when you create your report, you can group by that X field.
