Hi all, I'm trying to get a TVA50 to answer with a different greeting (Custom Service Greeting) depending on whether the line coming in from the TDA50 is Line 1 or Line 2, etc. Looking at traces on the TVA, the trunk information doesn't seem to be coming through from the TDA50. The trunk is always identified as trunk "0" instead of trunk 1, trunk 2, etc. Panasonic suggested I upgrade to all latest versions, and I have done that, with the same result. Anyone actually have this feature working for a multi-tenant scenario, for example? Or maybe a work-around?

It's a Pansonic trick 
You have to put the trunk numbers in two places: one in the TDA and one in the TVA. In the TDA, when you define trunks, you give it a VM trunk group assignment, then in the TVA when you set up Port/Trunk service.
I have a sample in the file in my truck. Perhaps I'll post it later.
