Custom formulas in GRTD

Our company's definition of service level difers slightly from the standard formula in Symposium. We have managed to change this formula in both the Real-time Displays and Historical Reports but have still to find a way of changing it in the GRTD. Is it possible to do this in any version of symposium (we are still using version 4.0)?
