Custom Forms - Legal Notice-OUTLOOK/EXCHANGE

Does anyone know how to add a standard boiler plate to the bottom of all messages that are sent from our company to other companies/users?

We would like to send that legal mumbo/jumbo on all external emails.

We are are running exchange 5.5 and OUTLOOK97.

Go to the MS site and type in disclaimer.

It goes on the IMC server and is very easy to implement.
