New to Crystal. I will be using to print utility billing cards 3 to a page LexmarkT620 printer. I need to know how to set up the report to a custom form size. The Billing cards are 8 1/2 x 12. Any suggestions?

In Crystal 8.5 with Windows NT, you can click on the [Files] menu and adjust both [Print Setup] and [Page Setup]

[Print Setup] should allow you to select a suitable paper size, as well as [Portrait] and [Landscape]. If you don't have such a set-up, then I can't help you because that goes beyond my knowledge of the system.

[Page Setup] allows you to set margins for whatever page size you are using.

Crystal 'greys out' areas outside the printable area. You may find that there are fields in the 'greyed out' areas, or part-in and part-out. Use Zoom Control to 75% or 50% to cope with such cases. Madawc Williams
