I would like to create a rule that will delete any email that has the same word in the FROM and SUBJECT. For example; From: Jim Smith, Subject: Jim Check this!
 
Someone might be able to help.... if we knew what mail client you'll be using [wink]
 
I assume you intend to catch any duplicate word condition. I can't come up with a way to do that. If you have a known set of words, it wouldn't be too hard, but without assuming the words, I don't see a good way of doing this using the built in rules.
 
As a programmer, I could do this if I could get to the command line. The options are not in the drop downs in Outlook. I thought for sure somebody would know how to do this.
