I am working on an SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 SP2, and I am creating WebIs. In the design state, after I created the queries, and I wish to insert a Custom Element, I click on the ellipsis button from the Insert section, the menu point Custom Element is greyed out (see attached picture). I checked the custom element I have declared in the CMC, and it tested OK, so I do not know what the problem is, and what a solution to that would be.
