I have written code to import data from a 3rd party program into GP. All the data is availabe and post's correctly, but when I run check links I get the following message.

Sales Payment Work and History - A record for invoice xxx was removed from the Sales Payment Work and History table; no corresponding record was found in the RM Key File table.

RM Key File- xxx(invoice number) Pymnxxxx: The transaction for this keys record is missing. The keys record has been removed.

These two message match, for example the invoice number in the Sales Payment Work and History table matches the invoice number in the RM Key File.

This there a flag or a table that I need to enter data in so that check links doesn't think the data is bad? Also, even after I received this error I am able to post the transactions successfully. Any ideas?

Thanks,

How are you importing? If you are doing a table import you need to also import into the PM00400 table since this is the Pm Master Key Table. If you were normally adding an account in the front end ..the record that you create would instantly be populated in this table so that know one else can use the particual key record.
