Custom CMS report

Any experts around? Stinney?

The report Historical - Agent - Group Summary Daily is obviously a daily report.
I have a request to make this a report for the current day, like an interval report, but with the intervals summed up for each interval as the day progresses.
Anyone know if this is possible, and how?
