Custom characters on Nortel phones 2

I have a custom who is running a succession 3.0 system and they have the ability to have their company's name display accross the bottom left hand side of the display. We supplied them with phones and not all of the phones will display this information. They were 2616 and 2216 phones. Also I am using an Option 11 and is there somewhere I can enter this information to be able to check for this in the future? All help regarding this is appreciated!

Deals with older M2616 and 2216. The older displays were only a single line. If you replace the phones I'm assuming it works? Would need to do some research to come up with NT number. Best way would be to look at the phones that don't work now and compare them to the ones that do to get the correct NT part number for the M2616 and M2216.

an idu will show you that nt number, in larger switches, ld 117 inv generate sets, then inv prt sets will idu all the digital sets in the switch

That works on the 11's as well just need to be on rls 25 for command to work.
