On a BCM50 3.0 with DTM, DSM16 and 8 VM seats, (no Contact Center, yet) CCR is configured to send Sales calls to a Hunt Group so that any of 6 order takers can take the call. If all 6 people are busy, can CCR be configured to dial out to another destination so that an answering service can handle the call?
