Just installed a Compact ICS & Flash 4. The system has 3 incoming lines and 5 users. When no one is on an outside line the CCR tree works great. If someone is on an outside line, any incoming calls are sent the that users mailbox on the first ring. All lines are set up to answer after 4 rings. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like all 5 sets have been programmed to ring....if you have a no receptionist situation then you need to take off the forward busy from vmail's ext at each phone and set it to NONE....under capabilties in programming.
