Custom Call Routing help please

Hi all

Apologies if this is a very basic request, but I'm no BCM expert. I'm trying to get our BCM to answer a call and then route the call to a hunt group. Trouble is, I can't decide whether we need auto attendant or CCR trees, or both? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

We have DDI's set up, but calls are only coming through on 2 numbers (one's we advertise basically).
