Custom ARP app

Hi,

Ok I am trying to write an application to basically replicate the MS arp.exe, so that it can save the output to an external file for logging, but I’m a bit stuck as to where to start...
Does anyone have suggestions about where i should be looking, ar any ideas?

It seems to me it would be easier to use arp.exe and pipe the output to a calling program... Hope that this helped! ;-)
