Custom AP Check in ReportWriter

I'm looking for a graphical report layout for either User Defined Check 1 or 2 that has a stub on top and bottom. I am currently using Check Stub on Top and Bottom - Graphical, and need a second format. I have messed around with ReportWriter trying to retype fields, and cannot get the report to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (GP v7.0)
