Curved Edge box, Inner gradient/glow

I want a curved edge box outline. In Fireworks I would do this with the Edge color and transparent fill in the curved edge box. How do I do this in Photoshop?

Also, I want an inner glow or gradient on this box edge using the color of the edge, but maintaining the fill transparency except for the gradient color.

Hi there have you tried dble click on the layer and select STROKE. Then choose the parameters required ie: colour of stroke, size, depth, pattern, gradient etc.

go into the layer styles pallete and turn down the fill opacity and add the desired effects. Sorry ot be so vague but I don't have PS here in front of me.
