I'm using PM65 on my home WinPC system and for some reason the cursor won't move the palettes. When I place the cursor on the palette, it acts like a two-sided arrow for re-sizing the window. It will stretch or re-size, but not move the window. It will activate tools or styles, but it won't move the palette.

Here are the particulars; Win2k on P4 system. I just added two 512mg SDRAM's for a total of 1024mg of RAM. PM65 has all updates installed. System is running perfectly other than this quirk.

Do you suppose it's possible to have too much RAM? I will try removing one SDRAM this evening to see how it affects PM and report back on the results but I'm also soliciting comments or ideas.[peace] Knock and the door shall be opened unto you. Seek and ye shall find!

I would imagine that more than likely the problem is that you are running Pm6.5 on W2K. PM6.5 is not certified for W2K and PM7.01 is recommended, even though I know of several users running on W2k with little or no problems.

Was it running properly before you added the RAM? When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
