Hi there,
does anyone would know how to calculate the velocity of speed in a animation and espetially how to make it in flash. I know the function but I can't figure how to make "detection" with clip events

what speed exactly do you want to calculate?
rotation, _x, _y,... and in which unit do you want to have it? pixel per second,...?

the velocity is in _x coordonnates, I am trying to make collision with detection of speed, to activated different animation with increasing of speed. Pixel per second would be ok i guess
