Cursor is away in Photoshop 6.01 with Mac Os 9.2.2

Hi,
Are you talking about any of the tools that use a greyish crosshair. And whenever yuo put your mouse over a grey spot the cursor appears to disappear?
You can change the cursor from Standard to Precise in the preferences. Press Ctrl+K or Command+K then goto Display and Cursors then change the cursors to precise and see if that helps!
