Cursor error

Our database is SQL Server7 and form/report interface for users was created in VB.

When I try to open any report via the interface, I get the following error --
1. 20599-cannot open SQL Server
2. 0 - 01S02: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Drive]Cursor type changed

However, I can get into the report from other machines. It only happens on my machine.

I am not familiar with "cursor". Any ideas what might cause the error?
