Cursor and Mouse problems with Word 97 on Citrix

We use Metaframe 1.8 on NT4 TS with NT4 Workstations running full Citrix sessions.

Has anyone found problems with using Word with this setup.

The Cursor bar sometimes disappears when the user presses return and when a user highlights and drags down with the mouse past the end of the document window, the doucment continues srolling for a while after the user has released the mouse button.

Try adjusting the bitmap cache in the client, or adjusting the colours.

I always adjust the size of bitmaps cached (as opposed to the size of the bitmap cache ;-)) to around 100k.

If the client disk (if it has one) is running out of space, or in need of defragmentation, then this could also impact performance.

Check also that you are running the latest clients from Citrix's web site.
