Anyone know why a report I am running right now with currentdate in both the header and in a formula is returning a value of 9/8/2004 in both places? I am running CR 10 against an informix database. My pc windows clock has 2/16/05 and my informix server also shows 2/16/05 as it's system date. Which clock does this value pull from, pc or server?

In CR, you might want to go to report->set print date/time and see if that setting has been changed from "today's date" to the date you're seeing. When I change this, it causes currentdate and also the print date to take on the new value, while data date remains as today's date.

You nailed it. Did not know this was a paramter setting and the report was emailed to me to fix some other things on it. I guess the original writer must have set this option. Thanks for the quick solution.
