Current Wait Time ticking but no waiting call?

So I seem to be having a glicth with my wallboard where one of the hunt groups Current Wait Time counter will be ticking but no Call is actually waiting, it only sorts itself out aftr another call is presented.

Info:
- IP500 v2
- AVAYA 9.0.3

This was a bug on R7 so could be back. Not seen it on our R9 sites though. Might be worth getting yourself up to the latest R9

I also saw something similar when you have a non CCR group set as overflow from your CCR group.

The service stopped or lost connection and the call was in the queue. The queue cleared and the service reconnected. Ccr then didn't realise the call cleared until the next call.
Happens with Xima as well when you restart the service and someone hangs up in the interim-they're at home eating chicken but Xima swears they're on the phone. This happens until the 0000 rollover to the next day.
