Could anyone please let me know what the most current version and build of the Crystal XI designer? I cannot seem to find this on their site and I'm unsure whether I'm downloading the latest.

For designer are you meaning Crystal Reports? 11.5.0.313 is the latest version I have.

The latest would be the result of downloading and applying service packs, Critical Updates and Monthly Hotfixes found here:
In general apply the service packs, I hold off on the monthly hotfixes unless they address something specific as they might break something else.
