Current Reason Code Name

I am trying to use the Vu Stats button to allow agents to see what AUX state they are currently in. I have verified that Reason Codes is set to Y in Customer options, and AUX reason codes 1-9 have names. Below is the setup for Vu Stats display format I am using. When I press the Vu Stats button I get STATE UNSTAFFED AUX
The Aux reason code name field is blank. What am I missing?

This is how I have it working. I used next format to cycle to other VU's on phone.

Is there something that is in the next format (format 3) that makes it work? Your format 2 is like mine.
