Hello Friends,
This this mean anything
"Your current link configuration contains multiple starting points. Please be advised that this is generally not supported."
I get this in my every single reports.

Thanks.

Means you are attached to more than one data source.

Thanks so much!

If you are connecting to more than one database or table or file as a data source and you do not join/link them you'll receive this warning. You should NOT be using more than one datasource, Crystal doesn't support this.

If you are using a command object as a source for a parameter and another data source as a source for the report, you will also receive it, yet in this case you can ignore it.

It sounds like you are new to crystal and have little idea of how it works, I think that you need to read a bit or perhaps take a course.

synapsevampire,
Thanks for your suggestion, are you giving me the class..haha
well,
I am using command in all of my reports, usually more than one, and a table; so you'r saying in this case i can ignore it?

If the command is used to populate a list of values for a parameter and otherwise not used in the report, it should not be linked--and you will get this message, which you can ignore. But I think that if you are using a command in the report, with other commands/tables, they should be linked to each other. However, note that linking commands forces the linking to occur locally and slows the report. It is better to create one command that includes all necessary tables for the report.

Depends.

If the objects are eitehr for parameter use, or they are joined, you can ignore them.

Remember, one data source for each report, but parameters can have numerous.

btw, if you are joining multiple data sources, that's a bad idea, all of the work will be done in Crystal.
