Current Directory confussion

I thought curDir was supposed to return the current directory. I thought the current directory must be the directory the application currently resides in.

On my machine this returns myDocuments.

Anyone know a simple function to return the current directory - the one the application actually does reside in?

currentdb.Name returns the entire path
