Hi, I'm using crystal xi querying oracle 10g..
What I have been asked for is a report to show all orders and all scheduled orders broken down into 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and 90+
I've created 2 groups ( customer name and part number )
I created multiple formulae for each of the date ranges, these work OK, I then summed the formula so I get the total of all the smae parts over the range ( if this makes sense ) this is working fine, next I need to give cost also, different customers have different currencies but the report needs to show the total in GBP, so I created formulae to calculate the sum of the amount of orders multiply by a formula to calculate the GBP ( sales_cost/currency rate )
All the above is working fine, where I am stuck is I also need to summarise each total per customer, but obviously the above formula are already summaries so I can't summarise a summary, so i was wondering the best way to do this.
I know its probably a bit hard to follow, but if someone has any ideas I would appreciate it, if you need anymore info please just let me know.
Thanks,
Mick.
