Hello,

We have Accpac 5.5 with 2 company databases using the same system database.
Both companies have a different functional currency.
In the currency table do I just need to set up 1 currency table with say USD in as the TO-CURRENCY and Accpac will use the these entries for both companies or do I have to set up pa currency table for each functional currency?

Hi Ettienne,

thanks for your reply.
I've just tried it with one table but then I get the warning message below and have to enter a rate manually.
I've deleted the AUD table so I only have USD table left. The USD table has entries for AUD though.
I went into my AUD company and tried doing an Order Entry for a USD customer. That's when the message popped up.

"No currency table defined that uses currency code USD with rate type SP and rate date 09/10/2010. Check that you specified correct currency information, or add the rate table you need in the Currency Rates window in Common Services.
