Currency roundoff

Using VB 6 & sql 7 I need to round up currency having three decimal places to the nearest 50's
eg: 50.260 = 50.300
50.135 = 50.100
50.999 = 51.000
50.150 = 50.150
50.200 = 50.200
50.380 = 50.400
etc

Can anyone help please?
