CUCM6.0 BARS Issue

Hi all,
I am taking backup of all the CUCM cluster we have one pub and sub at site A and one sub at another site B.
Backup is success only at site A but not with sub at site B
At the backup status page its shows success for sit A(SUB AND PUB) but error state for site B (sub).

Please help me on this issue
